OUR PRODUCTS
We sell pet hair removal products and related pet cleaning accessories.
We try to present our products as accurately as possible. However, product colors, packaging, size perception, and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and supplier updates.

ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product.
We may accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order if there is a problem with product availability, payment, address details, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other valid reasons.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not always mean that the order has already been shipped.

We currently ship to Germany and Lithuania.
Standard delivery is free.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, supplier processing, customs checks, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at vejasveter@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, refund, or another correction.

You are responsible for checking that the delivery address is correct before placing the order.
