Return and refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To request a return, please contact us first at vejasveter@gmail.com with your order number. Do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from us. We will provide the return address and further instructions by email.

Return conditions:
• The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in suitable packaging.
• You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but you are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the product.
• You must send the item back within 14 days after informing us that you want to withdraw from the purchase.

Return shipping:
If you return an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not delivered, please contact us at vejasveter@gmail.com with your order number and photos or video of the issue. In such cases, we will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the payment using the original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.
